退款政策

・If you contact us within 7 days from the date of arrival of the product, it is possible to receive a return or exchange.
・However, please note that the following products cannot be returned or exchanged.

1. Items that have been opened (inner bag)
2. If the customer causes damage or stains
3. If there is no box for mailing
4. In the case of products that state that they cannot be returned on the product page

・We will cover all shipping costs for returns.
・Refunds will be made within 5 business days after the product arrives at our company and the condition is confirmed.
